RECEPTIONIST / OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
  • Maternity Cover position with the potential of becoming permanent
  • £15,000 per annum
  • 22 days paid holiday (incremental with service) plus Bank Holidays
  • Stakeholder pension on completion of 3 months service
  • Comprehensive training

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Receptionist/Office Administrator who possesses excellent communication skills, is articulate, IT literate, has lots of initiative and able to work as part of a small and friendly team. You will be helpful and polite with a ‘Can Do’ attitude. You will have recent experience in a customer service role and enjoy a flexible, solutions orientated approach to your work with the ability to prioritise tasks.

Your main responsibilities will include: answering the telephone and fielding calls, welcoming visitors, typing (Word, Excel), filing, photocopying, faxing, assisting with the preparation of mailshots, making refreshments, ordering stationery, dealing with deliveries and sorting incoming and outgoing mail.

You will also be required to support the Purchasing/Quality Manager with day to day purchasing tasks as well as assisting with arranging the annual audit, collating information for management meetings and progressing customer complaints within the quality framework.

For the right candidate there is also the opportunity to become involved in other areas of the business.


TRAINEE SALES EXECUTIVE

  • Permanent Position
  • £16,000 per annum basic | £25,000 OTE + Benefits Package

We have an opening for a driven and enthusiastic individual with a natural sales flair and the ability to add value in revenue to the company’s core business to join our expanding sales team. This role will utilise all your existing telesales experience whilst offering an exciting new challenge. Your confidence and commitment to doing a good job will ensure that you are valued and well rewarded for your excellent sales ability.

Working with a mixture of ‘hot’ leads, and cold calling, the successful candidate will be responsible for outbound calling to prospective customers identifying opportunities and securing appointments for our field based sales staff. You will work to daily sales targets achieving a pre-agreed number of calls and ensure our bespoke CRM system is updated accordingly.


To succeed in this role you will need the following key attributes:

  • to demonstrate a proven track record of over target performance in a cold calling / telesales environment with the ability to build sound relationships with all contacts
  • a confident and professional approach in dealing with clients at all levels as managing the process that secures each appointment with prospective customers is paramount
  • to be computer literate to an intermediate level (MS Office)
  • the ability to apply a logical approach to the task of achieving targets within agreed timescales
  • possess a real passion to succeed and work as part of a team.


IT / TELECOMS TECHNICAL SUPPORT / CUSTOMER SERVICES AGENT

  • £18,000 per annum basic + Benefits Package

An opportunity has arisen for a first line technical support agent. IT and/or Telecoms technical experience is essential as is being articulate and calm under pressure. You will also be helpful and polite with a ‘Can Do’ attitude. You will have recent experience in a customer service role and enjoy a flexible, solutions orientated approach to your work with the ability to prioritise tasks.

Your main responsibilities will include: Answering, logging and responding to technical query telephone calls and assisting the customer services supervisor. There is also an element of stock control and the receipt / despatch of deliveries.

For the right candidate there is also the opportunity to progress to field based technical engineering which includes company provided vehicle and industry recognised training and qualifications.
