Inter-Tel’s Axxess platform is advancing quickly and it is often easy to forget which version brought you which great advances in technology. To coincide with the launch of v9.1 software, Inter-Tel developed the following matrix to highlight which feature enhancements relate to which software release. For ease of use, they have only listed the most significant enhancements for each release.

 

To find out the level of software in your current Inter-Tel Axxess system

  • With the handset down at an administrator or operators phone dial 9100 to enter diagnostics mode.
  • Then dial 9128.
  • This will display your system software version.
  • To switch off diagnostics dial 9100 again.
