Training - User and Administrator
PSU are able to provide full InterTel training for users on all the Inter-Tel products and associated software / hardware. Many companies only offer initial training on the system when it is first installed, but PSU take the view that regular ongoing training is also required to ensure that users are getting the best out of their InterTel Telephone System. With this is mind, we run frequent courses throughout the year.
On-Hold Announcements
What do you customers hear when the are on hold? 7 out of 10 business calls are placed on hold and with average holding and transfer time increasing each month isn't it time you addressed what you're callers listen to. Telephone System Appraisal
