Too many times in todays call centre environments do your calls end up at an agent whose only knowledge of your account is what they can and cannot see on the screen in front of them. Often this is a practical and effective mode of working but there are occasions when a personal relationship with an account manager would give a continuity allowing both parties to understand how each other operated.

This is something we strongly believe in at PSU. A Regional Business Manager is allocated to your account from the moment you join us and will be your contact person throughout a new installation or an upgrade. These Regional Business Managers have been fully trained on the systems and in many cases have even attended engineering courses to enable them to suggest the best solution for your particular requirements. PSU has a strong core team and a low turnover of staff so you can rely on the fact that you will always have a person who understands your business and the way you work.
