Important actions before you install the new version

This downloadable zip folder contains the .exe install file and a pdf user guide for the latest Inter-Tel S8602 PC Softphone.

Before you extract and run the file, we would strongly recommend that you copy down the advanced settings from your existing softphone. Simply click the '?' button and select the 'advanced' tab and copy down the setting marked below.

Once extracted you can run the file and it will install.  Follow the setup instructions then go to 'advanced' settings and insert the details you copied from your existing softphone.

Your new softphone should now be up and running.
